Please note that VAT is not added on conference payments in Denmark, and therefore is not deductible.

Attendance at all sessions, final programme, abstract book, lunches, coffee/tea in breaks during conference days.
Final Registration
Participants must register at the Registration Desk at Bella Center upon arrival at the Conference. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation. Gå til topAccommodationDIS Congress Service can arrange hotel accommodation for participants. The secretariat has reserved rooms at a special congress price at the official hotels for the congress. In order to secure an accommodation suiting your need and wishes, you are encouraged to book a room when you register online for the congress.
If it is more convenient for you to book the hotel at a later stage, you can email us with your request on participants@discongress.com.

The hotel is located in the heart of Copenhagen, close to the Tivoli gardens and the pedestrian street, Strøget. Most of the rooms have a lovely view overlooking the Lakes. It is possible to use the gym and sauna at the hotel. Indoor and outdoor parking facilities are offered against a parking fee.

Payment, cancellation and changes
All reservations are pre-paid when registering online. This guarantees your room reservation. All changes must be emailed to DIS Congress Service on participants@discongress.com. In case of cancellation before 9th of April the full amount for the reservation will be refunded. For cancellations made between the 9th of April and the 3rd of May the amount will be refunded if we are able to allocate the cancelled room-nights to another guest. In case of a refund this will be made after the congress. For cancellations made after the 3rd of May no refund can be made. Google Maps
